What is different about V-LENS.COM?

We are a small startup, and we want to provide low-cost real estate tours. In today's economic climate, who can afford to order expensive, professionally photographed productions? We designed a better way.

Created by a Realtor® for Realtors®, we believe the traditional tours are far too expensive for many home listings.

Who takes the pictures for the virtual tour?

You do. You know your way around a digital camera, right? If you can take good quality photos, we can create a professional tour for you.

Can I zip the photos into a single compressed file?

Absolutely! If you have the ability to compress your pictures into a single zip file, that's great. Email the zip file to vlens.orders@gmail.com.

How long does it take before my tour appears online?

Your tour will be online within 24 hours. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

How long will my tour be online?

Unless you instruct otherwise, your tour will be online and available for twelve months. After twelve months, the tour will be removed.

Why don't tours include my photo and contact information?

Some Multiple Listing Services require "unbranded" tours. To keep things simple and prices low, that's all we offer.

What photo formats will you accept?

Photos should be provided in jpeg format.

How do I know you'll be around for long?

While v-lens is a new enterprise, I've been a licensed real estate agent for eleven years and have designed and maintained web sites since 2002. Rest assured we aren't going anywhere.
